Ingredients

  • 15 oz cooked white beans in a can, drained and rinsed
  • ½ medium red onion diced
  • 1 large roasted red pepper chopped
  • 1-2 small pickles diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
